  I ordered 4 books by the same author…

  I ordered 4 books by the same author online. I then received many emails about the fact that they are not immediately available and that one of them is not available at all. I stull receive almost daily emails about changes to the expected delivery date. This could be improved. Otherwise I like Orell Fussli very much.
