Premium tyre purchase
I bought Continental Archetype premium tires, and one of them clearly wobbles. During the warranty process, your staff suggested the tire was not seated correctly, implying user error. I used Easy Fit fluid purchased from your shop and have installed many tires without problems. Instead of support, I felt blamed and talked down to, which was both unprofessional and disrespectful. I have shopped at Bike-discount for years and always trusted you — unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. I expect better treatment and a fair evaluation when dealing with a potential product defect.
