Took way too long to despatch, so ended up cancelling the order

Hello, we’re sorry to see that you rated your experience with one star and that your order was ultimately cancelled due to the delayed dispatch. All items in your order were ordered in especially from external suppliers. Unfortunately, one of the four items was delayed by the supplier beyond the originally stated timeframe, which meant that we were unable to dispatch the order as planned. As we ship orders together once all items have arrived, this resulted in a longer waiting time than expected. We fully understand that this was frustrating and respect your decision to cancel the order. Please note that no payment was taken, as we only charge once an order is actually dispatched.
