    Battered Poor Strelitzia

    I am writing this in english Fo everyone to understand: I ordered a beautiful Strelitzia after being shown a healthy, flawless plant via WhatsApp (i included the picture that they sent me). What I received, however, was nothing like what was advertised: every single leaf was ripped and the plant looked battered. To make matters worse, the packaging was completely inadequate — a 170 cm tall and 100 cm wide plant was forced into a box that was under 150 cm tall and only 26 cm wide, and then send it from netherlands to the south of germany, It was obvious that the plant could not survive such shipping conditions without serious damage. When I complained, the response was dismissive. I was told that rips in the leaves are “normal” and offered just 6 euros back, which honestly felt like adding insult to injury. This is not what I expected based on their good reviews. Obviously they have very little respect for the customer and for their plants after being shipped. I am deeply disappointed both with the condition of the plant and the way the complaint was handled. And to Green Bubble i don't want anything from you I just want people to know how their plants will be shipped and how indiffrerent and unprofessional you are. TLDR; Shown a flawless Strelitzia on WhatsApp, received a battered plant stuffed into an undersized box, every leaf ripped, customer service indifferent, offered €6 back. Unprofessional and disappointing.
