Freundliche Beratung und kompetente Abwicklung
Ich hatte zuerst einen falschen Akku beim Akku Shop bestellt. Dies habe ich dem Akku Shop mitgeteilt mit genauen Infos zu meinem Laptop und Fotos und der Bitte, mir mitzuteilen, welchen Akku ich brauche. Man hat mir freundlich und exakt mitgeteilt, welchen Akku ich brauche. Die Rücksendung und Rückvergütung verliefen problemlos und schnell ebenso wie der Versand des neuen Akkus. Falls ich noch einmal in eine solche Situation kommen sollte, werde ich zuerst beim Akku Shop nachfragen und nicht erst selbst nach einem geeigneten Akku suchen.

However, the delivery by Hermes is a catastrophe every time; the couriers are simply unable to follow my permission to leave the package and drop it 'somewhere'. I wish to receive deliveries from DHL in the future. Since I am only evaluating Biogena here, I have given 5 stars.

Z obsługą przez Biogenę wszystko jest świetnie. Jednak dostawa przez Hermesa to za każdym razem katastrofa; kurierzy po prostu nie są w stanie przestrzegać mojego zezwolenia na pozostawienie przesyłki i zostawiają ją 'gdziekolwiek'. Chciałbym w przyszłości otrzymywać dostawy od DHL. Ponieważ oceniam tutaj tylko Biogenę, dałem 5 gwiazdek.
