I bought a Santa Cruz Hightower from Biker-Boarder a year ago. Great communication from the start. Great price. Everything went well. Last month my GX AXS derailleur failed (stuck in a recovery mode). I did everything SRAM help desk suggested but without any results. They told me to contact first point of purchase, which i did. I was a bit sceptical at the beginning but Biker-Boarder response was very fast. They were very helpful with contacting SRAM immediately for warranty claim. They send me a new derailleur even before failed one got to them. So I was off the bike for less then a week! Special thanks to Jakob which was assigned to my case. They got my full support and appreciation. Thank you!
