After placing my order I realised I had not selected a faster delivery so I sent an email requesting I pay an extra £1.50 for this. The following morning - first thing - I received an email with 'Pay Now' @£1.50. The item arrived the following day. I would say that is an excellent service. It was my fault for not selecting a faster delivery, but my request was dealt with efficiently. My plant arrived in perfect condition. It was really well packaged to protect the plant from damage in transit. Great value for money too. Many thanks to a fantastic team, as it was such a relief to be able to speed up the delivery...

I ordered a mixture of plants & liquid plant feed. Packaged with care, & despatched quickly. Healthy plants with excellent roots. DHL managed to delay the package by a day, which was a little frustrating as the tip of a couple of the Anubias leaves were deteriorating by the time they arrived. I could see they had been sent with care, & can only assume it was the courier to blame. 2 days in darkness is a long time for some plants... I removed the affected leaves & the plant is looking very happy in the tank, if not a bit shorter than when it was sent...

Always speedy delivery. Their snowflake shrimp food is great. The shrimp have lived on this for a few years now in a planted tank. They can't get enough of it!!
