Problème et solution
Lorsqu'il s'est avéré que le mauvais produit avait été livré (cloche à fromage avec dôme en plastique au lieu de verre), une réponse très rapide a été apportée pour résoudre cela. Aujourd'hui, j'ai reçu une cloche à fromage avec un couvercle en verre, peut-être un mélange de 2 marques car la boîte est sans marque et la cloche a une marque différente de celle que j'ai commandée. Cela aurait pu être communiqué. Mais je suis satisfait du résultat final et de l'action rapide.

Probleem en oplossing
Toen het verkeerde product geleverd bleek (kaasstolp met kunststof stolp ipv van glas) werd er heel snel gereageerd om dit op te lossen. Vandaag ontving ik een kaasstolp met glazen deksel, misschien een mix van 2 merken want de doos is merkloos en de stolp heeft een ander merk dan ik bestelde. Dat had even gecommuniceerd kunnen worden. Maar ik ben tevreden met het eindresultaat en de snelle actie.

Quando si è scoperto che era stato consegnato il prodotto sbagliato (campana di formaggio con cupola in plastica invece che in vetro), si è reagito molto rapidamente per risolvere il problema. Oggi ho ricevuto una campana di formaggio con coperchio in vetro, forse un mix di 2 marchi perché la scatola è senza marchio e la campana ha un marchio diverso da quello che avevo ordinato. Avrebbe potuto essere comunicato. Ma sono soddisfatto del risultato finale e della rapida azione.

When it turned out that the wrong product was delivered (cheese dome with a plastic dome instead of glass), a very quick response was made to solve this. Today I received a cheese dome with a glass lid, maybe a mix of 2 brands as the box is unbranded and the dome has a different brand than I ordered. That could have been communicated. But I am satisfied with the end result and the quick action.

Problem und Lösung
Als sich herausstellte, dass das falsche Produkt geliefert wurde (Käseglocke mit Kunststoffhaube statt aus Glas), wurde sehr schnell reagiert, um dies zu lösen. Heute erhielt ich eine Käseglocke mit Glasdeckel, vielleicht eine Mischung aus 2 Marken, denn die Box ist markenlos und die Glocke hat eine andere Marke als die, die ich bestellt habe. Das hätte kommuniziert werden können. Aber ich bin mit dem Endergebnis und der schnellen Aktion zufrieden.
