Outstanding product and exceptional customer service. I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Cardiofitness has truly been exceptional and deserves to be shared. I live in Spain and had been searching for a Hammer FlyRun 4.0 NorsK treadmill for quite some time. It was very difficult to find, and I was delighted when I discovered that Cardiofitness still had it in stock. From my very first enquiry, Mr. Onofrio Damanti provided outstanding customer service. Every email was answered promptly, every question was dealt with patiently and professionally, and I always felt that my order was being handled with genuine care. Buying such an expensive treadmill from another country naturally made me a little nervous, but Onofrio guided me through the entire process with kindness, honesty and professionalism. He arranged the international shipment to Spain, explained every step clearly, and kept me informed until the treadmill safely arrived. The treadmill arrived in perfect condition and has now found its new home in the gym of our holiday house in northern Spain. It fits the space beautifully and has exceeded all my expectations. The quality is outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. In a time when truly personal customer service is becoming increasingly rare, Cardiofitness reminded me that it still exists. They didn't simply sell me a treadmill; they made the whole experience enjoyable, reassuring and completely stress-free.
