The watch I originally ordered had a very fine bracelet. The closing didn’t work and I sent it back twice to have it repaired. After I got it back a second time the closing mechanism worked, but I could not put the watch on and off myself. I asked for a voucher and was asked to send back the watch a 3rd time. I did that. After 3 months, I hadn’t heard back. When I emailed ago, I got apologies for the inconvenience and got the voucher right away. I am satisfied with the new watch with the leather wristband. I think it will work well. I wouldn’t suggest buying a watch with a fine, metal, bracelet and I was not so happy with the customer service (having to wait 3 months and remind them again to send the voucher.)

I started buying from Dilling when my eldest was a baby. Now, that both children play in the forest year round, I value the beautiful wollen garments especially as a warm and breathable base layer. We also sometimes treat the adults to a beautiful wollen garment. They are so comfortable and cozy. Always deliver promptly. Give good advice about maintenance. Great company
