Leider sehr enttäuschend
Ihr seid eine schwedische Firma und sprecht mit deutschen Kunden nur Englisch. Nicht meine Idee, ein Zitat von Euch. Dafür alleine null Punkte. Das Ihr den Expressversand (Express auf der Webseite genannt) mit 2,9 berechnet und es dann kein Expressversand ist, gibt auch null Punkte. Und der Kundendienst ist bemüht. Im Abwimmeln.

We can, of course, translate via google translate into German, but answer all emails primarily in English. And we offer express handling, which means that the order is prioritized in our system and sent with the next delivery.
