Extremely delayed shipping to Cyprus
The package has been stuck in transit for over 10 days since leaving Germany on September 11, with zero tracking updates regarding its arrival in Cyprus. The delivery timeframe is completely unacceptable and well beyond what was expected.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear that you have not yet received your order that we shipped on 10 September. As air freight capacity to Cyprus is limited, it is possible that parcels will be transported by land or sea, or with a stopover, which will result in a much longer delivery time. Please understand that we have no influence over the shipping process or timescales. If there are no updates to the DHL tracking information in one week, please contact us at support@r2-bike.com. Kind regards, Manuela

Extremely delayed delivery!!
The package arrived with an unacceptable delay. The shipping process took far longer than expected, and the overall logistics experience was very poor and frustrating.
