Very quick dispatch and delivery. Goods are always well packaged and arrive in perfect condition. On the rare occasion that there is a minor problem, customer service are on hand to promptly resolve the issue -politely and professionally. Balsam Hill trees/decorations etc. are simply stunning - my tree receives more compliments than my mulled punch!!!
