I sent a question about a F20 mask I had purchased. It had magnets on the clips. I was told by the sleep clinic I could not use it because I had 3 stents. I wasn’t aware of this when I purchased it. I sent a message asking if you did an alternative and received no help or reply from yourselves, which I found poor. I have since purchased the frame, expecting it to come with the clips for the headgear. When I received the frame there were no clips. I think this should be made clear on purchase as I had to wait another 4 days after placing the order. Communication skills aren’t your best unlike other companies.

Try to use Evri for your deliveries. Royal Mail are a joke. Wouldn't leave in a safe place. Said they would try tomorrow still not in so ask if they could leave with a neighbor. Apparently this takes an extra day. Jokers. The masks and accessories are too expensive
