This chair crossed Europe Faster than Croatian Post crosses the street
> What did you particularly like? Ridiculously fast fulfillment time. Let me clarify: I once waited 6 days for Croatian Post to transport a 1.25kg camera lens 12km. That's with me paying for "express" shipping because I had a wedding gig in 2 days. No wedding gig for me. If I hadn't slept through Friday morning, I'd have gotten the chair in 4 days. This way I got it in 7. You delivered a ~25kg chair halfway across Europe in the time it takes me to get a response from the Croatian Post that they lost my 12th Amazon package this year (they're the exclusive Amazon delivery partner here). I know it's not actually Design Cabinet doing the deliveries but regardless, your fulfillment setup is indistinguishable from magic to me. The next time I order something from Amazon, I might just have it sent to you along with a note that I'm buying another chair on the condition you ship the two together. edit: oh yeah, the chair is great. It's comfy, firm, trivially easy to put together, and has so. many. controls. I've never seen this many knobs in one place without Croatian Post issuing them uniforms.
