Defective T-shirt replaced with a new one.
In my first order, I received a T-shirt with a manufacturing defect. There were some permanent marks on it, likely left over from the printing process. After a few email exchanges (which were honestly a bit slow, perhaps because everything took place during August, which is always a challenging month), the defect was acknowledged. The store then resolved the issue by sending me a brand-new T-shirt, saving me the time and hassle of returning the defective one. Thank you for your support. I am a judoka and I will certainly visit your website again in the future.
