Poor control at dispatch when sending an item. You have sent a different item as described. Cost me time to sent it back and I have lost another opportunity to buy somewhere else ..

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise that you felt you received a different item than expected. As far as we know, the item you ordered was shipped as per the order confirmation. We did not receive any direct contact or complaint before the return. The return is currently still on its way to us and therefore could not be checked yet. As soon as the item arrives, we will of course examine it carefully. If we confirm that there is a discrepancy between the product description and the delivered goods, we will immediately find a suitable solution, including a refund.
