Very Bad Customer Experience
I’ve bought the full package (desk frame + table top) on March 14th, but only received the table top on March 23rd and package 1/2 on March 24th. Upon contacting customer service by email and then land line, they had excused with the courier and after that no stock was available to ship until mid April. I’ve reached the courier and they confirmed that no package was sent by the provider. Once again reached the Flexispot customer service and they’ve provided last April 2nd that the package 2/2 was finally shipped. I’m still waiting it for its delivery. Bad customer experience all around. I can’t provide if the goods are bad or good since after almost a month with full payment I still don’t have it.
