Vorsicht vor dieser Marke - Nepper, Schlepper, Bauernfänger
Ich bin über eine "Gratis-Aktion" auf die Marke aufmerksam geworden und leider eine Mitgliedschaft eingegangen. Nach dem Bezug einiger Artikel wurde mir eine weitere Gratis-Lieferung eines anderen Artikels angeboten. Leider habe ich dies angenommen, da in der Folge weitere Artikel geliefert wurden, die ich nicht bestellt hatte. Der Kündigungsprozess ist undurchsichtig, verschleiernd und zeitlich so gestaltet, dass immer wieder Artikel geliefert wurden, obwohl ich dem deutlich und auch per E-Mail wiedersprochen hatte. Ich kann vor dieser Marke nur warnen! Englisch: "I first became aware of the brand through a 'free promotion' and unfortunately ended up signing up for a membership. After receiving a few items, I was offered another free delivery of a different product. Regrettably, I accepted this, as it led to further items being sent that I had never ordered. The cancellation process is opaque, misleading, and timed in a way that items kept arriving even though I had clearly objected, including via email. I can only warn others to stay away from this brand!" Französisch: "J'ai découvert cette marque via une « offre gratuite » et j'ai malheureusement souscrit à un abonnement. Après avoir reçu quelques articles, on m'a proposé une autre livraison gratuite pour un autre produit. Malheureusement, j'ai accepté, car cela a entraîné l'envoi d'autres articles que je n'avais pas commandés. Le processus de résiliation est opaque, trompeur et orchestré de telle sorte que des articles continuaient d'arriver, alors que je m'y étais clairement opposé, y compris par e-mail. Je ne peux que mettre en garde contre cette marque !" Italienisch: "Ho conosciuto questo marchio attraverso un'operazione 'omaggio' e purtroppo ho finito per sottoscrivere un abbonamento. Dopo aver ricevuto alcuni articoli, mi è stata offerta un'altra consegna gratuita di un altro prodotto. Purtroppo ho accettato, poiché ciò ha comportato l'invio di ulteriori articoli che non avevo mai ordinato. Il processo di cancellazione è opaco, fuorviante e studiato in modo tale che gli articoli continuassero ad arrivare nonostante mi fossi opposto chiaramente, anche via e-mail. Non posso che mettere in guardia da questo marchio!" Türkisch: "Bu markayla bir 'ücretsiz kampanya' sayesinde tanıştım ve maalesef bir üyelik başlattım. Birkaç ürün aldıktan sonra, başka bir ürünün daha ücretsiz gönderimi teklif edildi. Maalesef bunu kabul ettim, çünkü sonrasında sipariş etmediğim başka ürünler de gönderildi. İptal süreci belirsiz, yanıltıcı ve ürünlerin, e-posta yoluyla açıkça itiraz etmeme rağmen gelmeye devam edeceği şekilde tasarlanmış. Bu markaya karşı sadece uyarıda bulunabilirim!"
