Ich finde, der Ablauf war von vorne bis hinten sehr gut. Jedoch würde ich eine kostenlose Avisierung für notwendig erachten. Bei so großen Paketstücken muss das Lager und auch der Stapler bereit sein, um eine Warenannahme zu gewährleisten.
