Great Selection and Service, but High Shipping Costs
I’ve ordered several times from Skandix and overall, the experience has been positive. Their product range is excellent, delivery times are reasonable, and the communication with their customer service team is smooth and professional. However, the shipping costs to France are a real downside. Over €20 for delivery is simply too expensive, especially when ordering smaller or lighter items. Because of this, I’ve started buying more and more from my local Volvo dealership, even though their customer service isn’t as friendly or efficient. If Skandix could review their shipping fees for France, I’d definitely be a more frequent customer. For now, I’ll keep comparing prices and only order from them when the total cost makes sense
