Communication was limited and abrupt. Actually shipping the watch took far longer for an In Stock item than the website indicated. Several specific commitments to ship on specific days went past with nothing happening. Eventually I requested they either ship the watch or issue an immediate refund. (Something people on other sites said they'd had to resort to, when Watchard did the same to them.) Once they bothered to ship it, the watch did arrive in good order. Maybe their service levels are better if you live in driving distance of their store in Warsaw....
