Fast delivery and high-quality products
I was pleasantly surprised by both the speed with which the order was processed and fulfilled, and by the delivery, despite living in a different country to the retailer. I’d say it was excellent! As for the items, I have no complaints: I often find the items I’m looking for on Outdoorline, as they stock high-quality ultralight products. In future it would be great to see other leading brands in the ultralight sector, as well as greater stock availability, although I realise that this may not depend entirely on Outdoorline’s policy but on external factors. I also appreciated the personalised, handwritten thank-you note I found inside the parcel. Thanks! :-)

Interesting products but often out of stock
I'm quite satisfied although I would expand the range of brands and products as well as do even better to make the products more available.

Spedizione veloce

Good products, friendliness and customer care
So far I have purchased only two items, however, the store seems to me to be stocked with good quality products even if they are often a bit expensive. Good the possibility to chat live and have fairly quickly an answer to your doubts and questions. Peter and Alena are friendly and try to meet personal needs. I do not give 5 stars because there are too many items that are out of stock. However I think I will repurchase on this store.

Fast shipping but site only in German
Foreign shipping was all in all fast and trouble-free. The store has a good variety of items, although sometimes it happens that some are out of stock. What I do not appreciate is the fact that the site is totally in German, so one struggles with navigation and proper understanding of item descriptions. Conseidering that they also sell and ship abroad, it would be at least appreciable to have the option of the site in English.
