This Handy cover is excellent. It is more robust (thicker plastic) than the previous cover I had and I love the fact that I can remove the neck rope whenever I want to. I am very happy with my decision to buy this Handyhuelle.

Miliboo sent me a damaged chair and refused to replace it. Now I have 3 lovely chairs and one with an ugly patch on the backrest where there is no veneer. I have sent photos but your customer service simply would not accept that this damage had slipped through quality control. Of course I am considering legal action.
