Lieferung per DHL ist nicht erfolgt, Sendungsstatus in Klärung. Der Vorgang zieht sich nun schon seit einem Monat und die Rückerstattung meiner Zahlung wird verweigert. Sorry....nie wieder!

Dear customer, Unfortunately, the carrier lost your package. As frustrating as that is, it does occasionally happen. After being in contact with both you and the carrier, we did ultimately reimburse you and issued a full refund for the lost order.
