Did not have the TV they sold. Do not refund the money.
I made order and money transfer at the end of December 2025. Received confirmation on 30 December 2025. 7 January 2025 informed about "1-3 weeks" delay. Agreed to wait. Deadline passed, was extended. Still nothing. Now since end of February, 5 weeks now, I ask for refund. It is promised, but it does not happen. I will proceed to small claims procedure.
