Had to enquire when my order (placed 2 Aug) would be processed after 8 days of silence. Was advised the item was sold out but new supplies would arrive at the end of the week. Advised on Mon 18 Aug that it had been sent. arrived Wed late afternoon. Not quite the best customer service. Was emailed twice in the week of delivery to give feedback. Cart before the horse sequence !!

Placed the order, completed the payment, received emails stating all ok only then to be advised you did not have the trousers in my size ( size 54 so hardly an outsize). Informed if a credit card was used then I should look out for a refund. On the whole rather time wasting and I wil not use your services again. If you do not have a particular size then it should be advised before payment.
