E-Commerce service team - Beth and Fionnuala, went out of their way to assist with an order I processed on the website over the weekend. Despite the website showing availability the supplier had discontinued the range without communicating to them. They gave me some alternative options and processed a refund within minutes of cancelling the order. I insisted I would look elsewhere. I eventually returned to Moonlight to purchase an alternative product, and received a call from Beth as a similar situation had occurred from the same supplier. Without her call, I would have been hugely frustrated. She came up with an alternative suggestion. I received the lights the day after processing the order, and I am delighted with them - they are perfect! I was hugely impressed with the ladies, and will go back to Moonlight for future lighting needs.
