Third time I've ordered an iphone from Backmarket and have always been satisfied. What I like best is that you can decide the level of quality, and that you can sometimes find better deals by comparing the price of different color phones. What could be done better: make a recommendation about which IOS is best for a particular iphone model. Sometimes the phones received were on an earlier IOS, leaving one to decide:upgrade or not.
