So much slower now...
Taking away the 'payment on account' section has pretty much stopped us using them. It's so much slower now, so we've had to go back to our old suppliers. Which is a real shame, as we always liked using Saxoprint - good prices, great range, ok delivery. Just a shame about the process.

Usually brilliant …
Usually can't really complain about Saxo, good price, decent quality, and delivery is good. However, this order was a little more painful. Used their own downloadable guides, which on this occasion were wrong, but rather than admit it, they kept emailing with non-sensical measurements. So we've been pushed into an order that may not be suitable.

Arrived really late

Print work is always good quality but...
Print work is always good quality and well-priced, but their deliveries are everywhere. Getting weekend deliveries, 6 am deliveries and 8 pm deliveries. These are not normal working hours - just deliver in a normal working day!
