Great Service
Apart from my lovely dinning set the customer service is outstanding. If only all companies provided the service you do it would be a happy place. My only small thing is that it would have been nice for the delivery company to let me know when it was being delivered, they just turned up out of the blue.

Had to pay for return of faulty item
I purchased an item from Motea and it was faulty and I had to pay to return this faulty item that was not fit for purpose as holes were in the wrong place. Really disappointed.
