This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. To offer more context and better manage expectations, we operate warehouses in North America, Europe, and Asia. For standard orders, we ship from the location closest to you to ensure speed. However, personalized items are crafted at our factory in Asia, which adds a 1-3 day processing time before the standard shipping period begins.
