I like the shoes, but the price, and the service..
I like the shoes, but do not see such a difference between them and others (say Paladium PALLARIDER LO TX WPA ), which could justify almost a 100 euro price difference, especially for a little known brand. Also, retrujn is made unnecssarily difficult by making the customer have to produce his own return label, and pay for the return.

Nach meiner Beschwerde wurde die Sendung schnell verschickt. Allerdings wurde die zusätzliche unerklärte Rechnung nie geklärt.

I tried to cancel the purchase shortly…
I tried to cancel the purchase shortly after the order. This was not possible. When the product arrived, I tried to return it. I had to pay the costs of return, and ended up with a loss and a headache.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I totally understand your frustration but unfortunately this has been impossible for the last three weeks due to operational changes. This information has been on all our wesbites. It is also important to say, that most of our customers do appreciate our fast delivery time. This is only possible because our warehouse team work early in the morning so they can close and ship orders as fast as possible.. Some times it is therefor also too late to cancel an order as the order is already packed and ready for pick up in the trailer. I promise you that we always do our best to cancel orders if the customers ask for this but unfortunately it is not always possible.
