Intolérance à la nourriture humide
Nous avons été très surpris de la façon dont les plaintes concernant la nourriture intolérable sont traitées 👍. Malheureusement, notre Fynn a eu une réaction allergique à la nourriture Iberico. Après avoir contacté, nous avons été remboursés pour la nourriture et avons été autorisés à la conserver. Comme notre Fynn ne pouvait pas la tolérer, nous l'avons ensuite donnée à notre refuge pour animaux et ils en étaient très heureux. Nous pensons qu'une telle solution est vraiment géniale 👍👍👍. Ainsi, l'argent 💰 n'est pas perdu et en même temps, vous pouvez faire quelque chose de bien.

Intolerance to wet food
We were very surprised at how complaints about intolerable food are handled 👍. Unfortunately, our Fynn had an allergic reaction to the Iberico food. After contacting, we were refunded the money for the food and were allowed to keep it. Since our Fynn could not tolerate it, we then donated it to our animal shelter and they were very happy about it. We think such a solution is really great 👍👍👍. This way, the money 💰 is not lost and at the same time, you can do something good.

Unverträglichkeit Nassfutter
Wir sind sehr erstaunt gewesen,wie man mit Reklamationen von unverträglichen Futter umgeht 👍.Unser Fynn hat leider mit allergischen Reaktionen auf das Iberico Futter reagiert.Nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde uns das Geld für das Futter zurück erstattet und wir durften das Futter trotzdem behalten.Da unser Fynn dies nicht vertragen hat,haben wir dies dann unserem Tierheim gespendet und es wurde sich sehr darüber gefreut. Wir finden solch eine Lösung sehr sehr toll 👍👍👍. Damit ist das Geld 💰 nicht verloren und gleichzeitig kann man was gutes tun.

Onverdraagzaamheid natvoer
We waren erg verbaasd over hoe er wordt omgegaan met klachten over onverdraaglijk voer 👍. Onze Fynn reageerde helaas allergisch op het Iberico voer. Na contact werd ons het geld voor het voer teruggegeven en mochten we het voer toch houden. Omdat onze Fynn dit niet kon verdragen, hebben we het toen aan ons dierenasiel gedoneerd en daar was men er erg blij mee. We vinden zo'n oplossing echt geweldig 👍👍👍. Daarmee is het geld 💰 niet verloren en kun je tegelijkertijd iets goeds doen.

Wir finden es sehr gut,dass man im Vorfeld eine kostenlose Schnupperbox bestellen kann. Somit kann man prüfen ob der Hund das Futter mag und eventuell auch verträgt.
