He sido una clienta fiable durante muchos años, que hasta ahora ha podido realizar pedidos sin problemas a cuenta. En el último pedido (menos de 500 €) solo fue posible realizarlo por 'pago anticipado'. Transferí el pago directamente al día siguiente; el envío del producto se realizó 7 días después y la entrega tardó otros 4 días. Fue demasiado tiempo; normalmente eran 2-3 días desde el pedido hasta la entrega. ¡Decepcionante!

Lamentamos que esta vez la entrega no fuera de su satisfacción: primero el tiempo de procesamiento relativamente largo para su transferencia, luego el transporte en sí tomó más tiempo del habitual. En total, como escribe, fue demasiado tiempo, y podemos entender bien su decepción. Disculpe las molestias. Su indicación sobre el cambio de pago de facturación a pago anticipado es importante para nosotros, lo aclaramos. I have been a reliable customer for many years…
I have been a reliable customer for many years, who has been able to order on account without any issues until now. For the last order (under 500 €), it was only possible to order on 'prepayment'. I transferred the invoice directly the next day; the goods were then sent 7 days later and until delivery, it took another 4 days. It simply took far too long; it used to take 2-3 days from ordering to delivery. Disappointing!

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren eine zuverlässige Kundin, die bisher beanstandungslos auf Rechnung bestellen konnte. Bei der letzten Bestellung (unter 500 €) war die Bestellung nur auf ‚Vorkasse‘ möglich. Ich habe die Rechnung direkt am nächsten Tag überwiesen; die Ware wurde dann erst 7 Tage später in den Versand gegeben - bis zur Lieferung hat es dann noch 4 Tage gedauert. Das hat einfach viel zu lange gebraucht; üblich waren bisher 2-3 Tage von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung. Enttäuschend!
