I have placed orders with this website before, and all of my previous experiences were completely satisfactory, which is why this situation feels like an unfortunate exception. The order was placed on February 4 with DHL delivery (1–2 days), which was more expensive than the standard option. It was important for me to receive the order quickly. The payment was received by the seller on February 5, but as of today, February 9, the order has still not been delivered. I am disappointed that the stated delivery time was not met, despite using DHL and paying extra for faster shipping. I hope the service returns to its previous high standard.
