Good products and excellent customer service
Good products and great customer service. I have two and a wreath. The lights on my second tree suddenly failed 10 days before Christmas and I realised i had purchased the tree 3 years and a week ago, so the 3 year warranty might have expired. Did all the recommended checks to no avail do contacted customer service. They told me the 3 year warranty extended to 31 December! They sent a replacement transformer by return and all is now brightly lit again. An excellent company!
