If you sell pre-owned bags Trust is crucial
If you sell pre-owned bags, trust should be your top priority. Trust comes from being responsive and communicating clearly. In the end, my bag was replaced, but the whole process took almost 4 weeks and emails were ignored completely. That is unacceptable, especially for a first-time customer and at these price points. What made it worse: while I was waiting for updates on my refund, I kept receiving promotional messages and new offers. That creates a very unprofessional impression. There is also a wrong phone number online. I ended up calling some random shop and was treated very rudely. I returned the bag within 2 days, yet had to wait more than 3 weeks for my money back. For luxury items in this price range, that is simply too long. Unfortunately, I will not buy from you again.
