Von diesem Unternehmen bin ich seit vielen Jahren tatsächliche nur Gutes gewohnt. Es gab nie Probleme, o.k. ein oder zwei mal lief es nicht perfekt jedoch wurde es umgehend gelöst, so das unterm Strich alles reibungslos verlief. So wie auch dieses Mal, tolles online Shop Angebot, unkomplizierter Bestellvorgang und am nächsten Tag war die Ware bereits da. Besser geht nicht. 👍🏽

Als Neukunde ist meine Erfahrung sehr gut. Habe bereits 2x bestellt und alles verlief reibungslos. Toller Informationsfluss indem man auf den Punkt genau über den Verlauf informiert wird. Wo ist die Ware, wann wird sie verschickt und wann kommt sie an. Innerhalb von 2 Tagen war meine letzte Bestellung bereits da. Das Angebot dass Hagel Shop bietet ist sehr umfangreich. Bin begeistert.

That was fast..,
Wow, i mean i‘m a client for years and in the last couple of month i had some issues with wrong products in the package and delivery time but i stick with this Company anyways cause of the great customer service who solved everything. So they have my Trust. But this time i received my stuff within 1,5 Day. That‘s quick. Also the online Shop changed a little bit which is really good, making everything much easier. I choosed my payment with Klarna. Quick and easy. As always i‘m satisfied.

Es ist wie seit Jahren. Es läuft einfach. Sendungsinformationen immer on point. Die Ware nach 2 oder 3 Tagen bereits angekommen. Es ist Verlaß. 👍🏽

TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE
As a client for many years this company never failed and was on point. This time i was waiting for my order a bit longer what was unusual to me. I called the customer service on Friday morning cause i needed the hair products urgently on saturday. The Lady i was talking to explained very calm and kindly that bonnets were not in stock but just the cream and gels so that they are waiting for the bonnets to send me the complete order. That was the reason for the delay. After i told her that the bonnets are not that important but the cream and gel and i needed it for tomorrow she made everything happen! I received my tracking number in the evening as she promised and my stuff was delivered on saturday morning. She helped me out a lot. She was so competently and kind. You could really tell she cared for the customer. Not knowing her name i thank her again for her effort. That’s one of the the reason because this is my company to go with for so long.
