**Caution!! Unreliable seller!!!
**Caution!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!** I ordered two Deye batteries and an inverter. The total order amount was €2,500. I paid for the order in full. At the time of placing the order, the website clearly stated a delivery time of 3 days. I specifically asked the seller about availability and received a positive confirmation. After 3 days, I contacted the seller again and was told that my order was delayed and would not be delivered earlier than mid-December or the beginning of January. I replied that this timeframe was unacceptable and requested a full refund. The seller refused to refund the money and even started mocking me. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this seller. An absolute disgrace!!!
