The pan lid was very good quality.
Obviously there was a problem as the lid didn't fit and your return online system doesn't ship to UK currently. Apart from that the lid was very good quality and I am sorry I couldn't make use of it. Kind regards. Janet

Wat jammer dat het niet paste en dat het retourproces naar het VK momenteel niet mogelijk is via ons online systeem. Ik begrijp dat dit erg vervelend is. We are very pleased with the coffee…
We are very pleased with the coffee maker and it uses less electricity than our previous one. It is easier to clean as well so all it all a big improvement. I have to tell you although it is brief when it is grinding the coffee beans the noise frightens our cat!
