The products range is very good and the communication is fast. Unfortunately, the delivery of my parcel by DPD took 10 days as it was stacked on the same place in the Netherlands for one week without any communication to me. Glamuse was communicate and fast in replying to my request for verification what happened to my delivery. This is not the first very negative experience with DPD when delivering to me from Glamuse in the Netherlands.

I have ordered an article that was not needed as was part of other product that I ordered, too. The shop has contacted me and explained that it is not necessary to buy this article and has refunded me the price of this article. Something that I very much appreciate.
