I like the fast shipping! And the excellent custumer service!
I like the fast shipping! More important is the great handling of (dealing with) problems with the devices. I ordered battery packs of similiar size and electrical specs, not knowing that the original battery packs are different in very small details of the casing making this product useless to me. The contact to Batter Fly helped a lot and I was able to send them back for a full refund. Thank you very much
