Very satisfied with the service
Generally very satisfied with the service. OK, the initial deadline could not be met but that not the fault of Uhrenlounge. There was no problem with the second delivery date, and Uhrenlounge very capably arranged for delivery to a different address abroad at a later date when my grandson for whom the watch was intended had returned. Top marks to the very helpful customer service. I have just heard from my grandson who is delighted with the watch. Uhrenlounge have been a reliable, capable and helpful supplier,
