    I had a disappointing experience with Angulus, mainly due to very poor customer service. I contacted them twice via email, first in German, and when I didn’t receive a reply, I assumed it might be due to the language barrier. So I sent the same message again in English. Unfortunately, I still received no response at all. The issue itself was also frustrating. One pair of shoes I received was clearly not in new condition. There were visible creases, as if they had already been worn or tried on multiple times. For the price I paid, I expected both pairs to arrive in perfect, new condition. Because of this, I decided to return the shoes and asked customer service to cover the return shipping costs, since the problem was not caused by me. However, without any response from them, the whole process felt very unsatisfactory. Overall, I cannot recommend Angulus based on this experience.

But unfortunetaly I can´t see that we have received any emails from you, neither in German nor in English. We regularly receive and respond to emails from our German customers, so there is certainly no language barrier on our side. We are also very sorry to hear that the pair did not arrive in the condition you expected. That is of course not acceptable.
