Great shop and good overall experience. However, information about the current order status could be improved. We waited almost two weeks for the order to be processed and shipped, which was longer than originally announced. Some updates in the system about possible delays would have been helpful. Additionally, before purchasing, I sent an inquiry asking about a possible discount but never received a reply. Even a negative response would have been appreciated — the lack of any reply felt somewhat unprofessional. Regarding the product, the Radon bike itself is excellent. My only complaint is that the price varies depending on the frame size. In our case, we paid about 100 euros more just because of the frame size, while other models don’t have this price difference. One minor issue was that the brake disc was slightly bent upon delivery, so we had to fix it ourselves, but it wasn’t a serious problem.
