Great service, outstanding items.
I recently ordered aquarium plants from ProShrimp and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The plants arrived in fantastic condition — healthy, vibrant, and clearly well cared for. They settled into my tank straight away and are already thriving. Unfortunately, a bottle of liquid plant fertiliser was damaged in transit, but ProShrimp handled it brilliantly. As soon as I contacted them, they acted swiftly and arranged a replacement without hesitation. No fuss, no delays — just professional, customer-focused service. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality stock with genuine aftercare. Highly recommended.
