Easy On Line purchase, prompt delivery, great helmet. My only criticism is that there was minor crush damage to the outer packaging box and the manufacturers helmet box but which did not result in any damage to the helmet. Perhaps a more substantial outer packaging box could be used.

The order arrived promptly. Unfortunately there was a slight bit of damage and the method to contact and report this on the Motea web site, particularly in english, isn't easy. Eventually I managed to submit a report and opted for the 10% discount as I could repair the damage myself. The discount was received very promptly, I am completely satisfied and will use again.
