    DPD delivered to the wrong house

    On my DPD app it says neighbours to avoid they delivered it there. (Why would they do that then not be contactable.?) as the owner lives away lucky he was there today Saturday and gave me the packages. The way Wagner dealt with this was unreasonable in the first instance How can I pay for it now?

    Parcel not delivered here hhj has it…Delivered to house but no number stated.

    Parcel not delivered here at number 118 my address. HHJ has it whoever that is no house number dpd again just posted it anywhere. covered by the trusted shops cover for non delivery hopefully they will recify it Wagner/Paintsprayer.co.uk no help atall as previously experienced. Wagner Atleast send a replacement so I can work. If they find the parcel I can pay for a spare set. Came home to for the parts dpd app saying the courier was 5 mins away only to wait all afternoon for their mistake. No parts lost my money a a wasted afternoon. You got to see it me your customers point of view. Yes of you can send a replacement and put in the envelope Deliver to 118 maybe not use DPD s it’s a new courier I noticed there is a large number on my house too I full view I’ve knocked at every house in my street can’t find the parcel.
