Name of the shop is Kamera Express, but there is nothing express about this camera. My order sat unfulfilled for over a week. Then instead of compensating with a faster shipping, the regular scheme was used, taking another week to get to me. Not bad I would say. 2 weeks for an item in stock. This was not my first order with Kamera Express. They have never been agile when dispatching orders and transit times are on the long end of the spectrum. On the positive side, they have good selection of products and prices are normally good to average.

Thanks for your feedback, sorry to read that we couldn't ship your item until so late. The bag had to come from a store, so we had it in stock just not directly in our warehouse. I understand it can be unpleasant then we choose the normal way for shipping but unfortunately we do not offer express shipping. I am glad to read that the item arrived well. Sorry for the inconvenience and the delay.
